1. Digital Goods Policy

Because ArchetiQ Student provides instant, irrevocable access to digital study materials and cheat-sheets, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is successfully completed and the content is unlocked in your Dashboard.

2. Exceptions for Technical Errors

We only process refunds under the following strict conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the exact same note due to a gateway error.
  • Content Delivery Failure: If you successfully paid but the system fails to unlock the note in your Dashboard, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

3. Raising a Request

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the technical exceptions above, you must contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction. Please include your registered email address, the name of the note, and your Razorpay transaction ID.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
