How do I access the notes after purchase?
Once you purchase a note, it is permanently unlocked in your Student Dashboard. You can log in and read it anytime, anywhere using our Secure Reader.
Can I download or print the notes as a PDF?
No. To protect our creators' intellectual property, notes are securely hosted on our platform. They cannot be downloaded, printed, or screenshotted, but they are highly optimized for reading on both mobile and desktop screens.
Are the study materials up to date?
Yes! We continuously update our database every semester to perfectly match the latest university curriculum and syllabus changes.
Do I have to pay a recurring subscription?
No. ArchetiQ Student uses a pay-per-subject model. You only pay for the specific subjects you need, and you get lifetime access to those specific notes.
What if I can't find my university or subject?
We are constantly adding new universities and streams! If yours is missing, please contact our support team. We log all requests and prioritize uploading the most requested content.
Is the payment process secure?
Absolutely. We use Razorpay for processing all payments, ensuring 100% security with bank-grade encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I share my account with my friends?
No. Account sharing strictly violates our Terms of Service. Our security system tracks simultaneous logins and unusual IP activity. Sharing your account will result in an automatic, permanent ban without a refund.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
Don't panic! This is a rare banking delay. The money is completely safe and will automatically be refunded to your original payment method by your bank within 5-7 business days.
How do I request a refund?
Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds once a note is successfully unlocked. However, if you experienced a technical error (like a duplicate charge), please email student@archetiqconstruction.com within 3 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
